Responsibilities:

  • Unleash Market Potential: Dive deep into various markets and territories to uncover and develop sales opportunities for our SAXS and XRD product portfolio. Drive the sales process by collaborating with the product team and national sales organization. Support the creation of technical configurations and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Empower and Lead: Equip our sales force with the knowledge and tools they need through hands-on support and engaging presentations at conferences. Educate the sales team on relevant aspects of our portfolio and market strategies.
  • Strategize and Collaborate: Seamlessly align your initiatives with the product team and sales organizations, crafting strategies that resonate with our ambitious business goals. Showcase our innovations on international stages and at customer side.
  • Innovate and Influence: Be at the forefront of market intelligence, identifying emerging customer groups and applications. Communicate market trends and requirements to support the development of new solutions. Apply strategies to achieve sales targets and differentiate against competitors.

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in the sales of measuring instruments, demonstrating a track record of success and in-depth product knowledge.
  • A completed technical or scientific education, coupled with profound expertise in X-ray analysis
  • An exceptional orientation towards customer satisfaction, outstanding intercultural competencies, and superior negotiation skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time. This role involves engaging with clients and stakeholders across various locations, requiring flexibility and a readiness to undertake travel.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €4,000.00 to €5,500.00.
