Technical Global Sales & Service Support (f/m/x)  Österreich : Graz

Our products are characterized by high quality and reliability. Nevertheless, it may be necessary to solve problems, help customers with solutions and develop service related content for new challenges. Within your range of responsibility as employee in Technical Support, you further take part in improving production, sales and service processes and contribute significantly in increasing our product quality. Ultimately you help increase customer satisfaction around the world.


Area of responsibility:

  • Technical 2nd level support for high-end measurement solutions from Monday to Friday
  • Email and phone support for technical and application-related problems of our worldwide sales and service network
  • Pro-active customer-oriented development of technical solutions
  • Communication and coordination between the product line at headquarters and the colleagues on-site
  • Educating our international service technicians on Anton Paar products to provide the best possible service to our customers
  • Preparation and implementation of training courses for international service technicians via E-learning and instructor lead training
  • Development, creation and verification of service documents such as service instructions, maintenance protocols, service and installation videos
  • Regular tracking of the processing status of all service cases in the product area
  • Continuous monitoring of the quality of our instruments and services
  • Distributing market relevant feedback to our internal departments to further improve the product quality
  • Occasional installation/commissioning or service work at the customer's site


Requirements:

  • Completed technical education in the field of mechatronics, electronics, mechanical engineering or similar
  • Experience in service and with customers desirable
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Perseverance to work on multiple complex tasks at the same time
  • Passion in finding solutions for problems
  • Skills in dealing with various software solutions, email, excel, adobe premiere etc.
  • Capability and talent in creating videos, E-learning, instructions 
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team
  • Skilled craftsmanship
  • Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a confident manner
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (~10% of labor time p.a.)

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime) – depending on experience and skills: €2,500.00 to €3,500.00.
