Responsibilities:

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the application development team
  • Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and optimization of software solutions in web and integration development
  • Ensuring secure and high-performance systems
  • Close collaboration with other departments to implement IT solutions
  • Ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Evaluation and adoption of new technologies and tools

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience and leadership experience in application development
  • Extensive knowledge of modern software development methods and tools
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
  • High level of initiative, structured working approach, and decision-making capability
  • Excellent German and English skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €5,000.00 to €6,000.00.
