As Department Manager Digital Marketing you are responsible for the overall success, performance and stability of Anton Paar´s corporate website, which is a key source of leads and revenue. Provide strategic and operational direction and lead a great team of digital marketing experts. Play a critical role within the marketing leadership team and join us in shaping the ongoing digital transformation.
Identify opportunities for success in the areas of SEO, digital advertising and performance marketing and realize them together with your team and other specialists. You will create strategic requirements and evaluate requirements of product lines, marketing and sales colleagues and ensure implementation according to user’s needs and in an international context.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that growth targets for digital marketing channels are reached
- Manage the digital marketing budget, measure and report ROI and KPIs
- Define a digital marketing strategy with your team and lay out an implementation roadmap
- Safeguard the overall content and technical quality of the corporate website and define/evaluate business requirements
- Build, plan, implement and manage strategic digital marketing projects
- Stay up to date with latest technology and industry trends and implement them if applicable
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends to extract optimization measures
- Lead, develop and motivate members of the digital marketing team
- Report to the Head of Marketing
Requirements:
- BA or MA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
- 5 years of experience as Digital Marketing Manager – 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Experience in managing/dealing with process and development teams and technical specification
- Technical and scientific interest and user-centric thinking
- Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels and vast experience with online marketing tools
- Familiarity with web and UX design
- Strong expertise in SEO and SEA
- Sense of ownership, critical thinker with problem-solving skills and can-do mentality
- Team player, great leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €4,000.00 to €5,000.00.
