Department Manager R&D for Product Development (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

Develop the measuring instruments of tomorrow at Anton Paar! In our product development departments, the innovative measuring instruments of the future are created. As the Department Manager R&D (f/m/d), you will play a key role in the development of an emerging product line. You will lead an interdisciplinary team and coordinate an exciting development project portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading an interdisciplinary development department
  • Close coordination with the Product Line
  • Coordinating the project portfolio
  • Implementing central R&D processes
  • Co-designing and improving R&D processes
  • Creating the technology and development roadmap

Requirements:

  • Completed technical or scientific university degree
  • Several years of leadership experience in the research & development environment
  • Excellent knowledge in project and process management
  • Excellent knowledge in requirements and risk management
  • Proactive and self-reliant approach
  • Interest in measurement technology
  • Communicative and enthusiastic about teamwork
  • Excellent German and English skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €5,500.00 to €7,300.00.
