Deputy Service Manager- Facility Services (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

Are you looking for a responsible position in a dynamic team? To strengthen our Facility Services Management, we are seeking a full-time Deputy Service Manager (w/m/d). Become part of our dedicated team and actively contribute to the maintenance and modernization of our buildings and facilities! In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all Facility Service matters, ensuring smooth operations in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Deputy management of daily operations in Facility Services
  • Organization and oversight of all building and infrastructure services on-site
  • Monitoring timely execution, quality assurance, and efficiency improvements
  • Participation in tendering processes, order management, and, if necessary, operational implementation

Requirements:

  • Completed advanced technical training in structural engineering or building technology
  • Several years of experience in Facility Services Management
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, heating, and air conditioning technology
  • Quick comprehension and strong spatial awareness
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Flexibility, teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for the service sector

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,300.00 to €4,500.00.
