Head of Regional Coordination EMEA (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

The Regional Coordination EMEA is responsible for the coordination of sales and service related matters for Anton Paar GmbH and the producing subsidiaries across the subsidiaries and distribution partners within the respective geographic region. The Regional Coordination also provides support to Regional Sales and International Service as required. All activities take place in coordination with the Regional Management, Executive Office, as well as the respective national General Managers and their teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Regional Assistants and Live Chat Agents
  • Active support of the Regional Management in the area of Sales and Distribution
  • Handling of various technical and organizational topics, such as business plans and action plans
  • Preparing and supporting the Regional Director during Sales Audits
  • Organizing and preparing annual Shareholder meetings for subsidiaries in the EMEA region 
  • Preparing reports and analysis, including supporting and preparing the annual Sales Budget and annual cost budget for the EMEA Region
  • Global coordination of the Anton Paar’s Live Chat
  • Coordination of cross-regional topics with the regions AMERICAS and APAC
  • Independent execution of projects in national and international environments
  • Organizational and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales relevant QMS Documents, commission settlement for the EMEA region and preparing Regional Directors’ Meetings

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (or comparable field of studies)
  • Experience working in an international industrial company
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • High understanding of business processes, logical system thinking
  • High IT-affinity, ideally SAP-experience
  • Very good project and process management skills
  • Analytical, accurate and result-oriented work approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cross-cultural competence 
  • Willingness to travel internationally

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,500.00 to €4,000.00.
