Product Manager for Particle Analysis (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

Would you like to apply your economic knowledge and technical-scientific understanding as a Product Manager and significantly contribute to the development of innovative products in the field of particle analysis? As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the product lifecycle from the start and ensure business success—from development to market launch and ongoing support for sales and customers. In close collaboration with various teams and departments, you will be responsible for product success, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the economic success and strategic direction of products throughout their lifecycle
  • Significant expansion and maintenance of the existing product portfolio, including product development, market introduction, and product discontinuation
  • Support the sales team with product inquiries, customer presentations, and seminars
  • Coordinate international sales activities and product-specific teams within a matrix organization
  • Develop and implement marketing concepts, as well as creation of marketing and presentation materials
  • Conduct training sessions for sales and support teams
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in and deliver international presentations

Requirements:

  • Completed degree (UNI, TU, FH) in business with a strong natural science and technical understanding, or a natural science/technical degree with strong business acumen
  • Experience in product management, sales, distribution, and personnel management is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to travel (30%)
  • Analytical and goal-oriented approach, proactive and service-oriented mindset, hands-on mentality
  • Assertiveness, resilience, negotiation skills, and team spirit

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,500.00 to €5,500.00.
