Do you want to be part of a successful product specialist team? We are looking for an additional product specialist with a focus on laboratory software solutions.
In this role you will provide your know-how and skills on the application of laboratory software to various stakeholders in our product lines, customers and sales force.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and application consulting to international customers and colleagues with a focus on laboratory software solutions
Develop new and strategic applications and documentation
Contribute to software development projects with a focus on verification and field test support
Strong focus on quality assurance (QA) and customer experience (responsibility for test processes and activities)
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer service teams
Prepare sales support materials and participate in training courses
Occasionally perform installations, commissioning, equipment training and troubleshooting both domestically and abroad
Participate in and present at technical conferences

Requirements:

Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
1-3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in organizing test activities and processes in a software development environment is an advantage
Strong customer orientation and sociability
Software affinity is an advantage
Background in laboratory analytics is an advantage
Team spirit and high self-motivation
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel up to 15 % of the time

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €2,700.00 to €4,000.00.
