Requirements Engineer (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

Do you want to be part of a successful product development team? We are looking for a requirements engineer who is a systems thinker with strong methodical and social skills to join our team in Graz. As a requirements engineer, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary R&D teams and contribute to the creation of world class measurement instruments.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for requirements engineering (RE) according IREB in the respective department
  • Main contact person for RE topics
  • Key user for RE tool
  • Compliance responsible for RE process, methodology and tool
  • Monitoring and reporting on the RE process in development projects
  • Progress of elaboration
  • Implementation of changes
  • Process compliance
  • Requirements elaboration support for e.g. product managers and system architects
  • Support the implementation of and compliance to a requirements-driven development approach

Requirements:

  • Degree in applicable science and engineering studies
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in product development
  • Relevant practical experiences in requirements engineering
  • Certification as requirements engineer (e.g. IREB) beneficial
  • Broad and interdisciplinary technical background
  • System thinking / engineering know-how
  • Distinct social skills in communication and conflict resolution
  • Willingness to share knowledge and experience with colleagues

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,800.00 to €4,800.00.
