Requirements Manager Rheometry (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

As Requirements Manager, you will be responsible for eliciting business and stakeholder requirements in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the requirements engineering process according to IREB standards in the Rheometry product management department
  • Collaborate with international product managers and sales subsidiaries to elaborate requirements
  • Conduct business analysis and host workshops to derive stakeholder requirements and test specifications
  • Ensure requirements are balanced and a coherent set is established
  • Support the project manager and product development team in developing the right product
  • Continuous improvement of the requirement engineering process 
     

Requirements:

  • Degree in applicable science and engineering studies
  • Professional experience in requirements engineering 
  • Certification as requirements engineer (e.g. IREB) beneficial
  • Broad and interdisciplinary technical background
  • Ideally a basic understanding of rheology applications 
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of working time

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,500.00 to €4,500.00.
