Software Project Manager (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

Do you want to be part of a successful product development team? We are looking for a software project manager with a profound technical background to join our team in Graz. As a project manager you will be part of our multi-disciplinary R&D team and involved in the creation of world class software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire project journey, from its conceptualization to the product launch
  • Closely monitor, plan, and report on project milestones, ensuring everything stays within the predetermined scope, timeframe, and budget
  • Consistently provide clear and accurate updates on the project’s development and any potential deviations
  • Guarantee that the project development is always requirements-driven, ensuring product-market fit
  • Identify potential project risks early on and take appropriate actions to mitigate them
  • Engage proactively with all stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and concerns are addressed

Requirements:

  • Master of science in software engineering or equivalent or graduate of technical college with professional experience
  • Proven experience in software project management
  • Good technical and organizational problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for collaborating with a dynamic team
  • Familiarity or prior experience with requirements management will be a distinct advantage.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,500.00 to €5,500.00.
