Student Employee - Technical Draftsperson in Facility Management (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz

In this role, you will support our Facility Management team by creating comprehensive planning documents – from design and submission plans to installation and as-built drawings. You will also collaborate closely with the Project Management and Services departments to manage, maintain, and modernize our buildings and facilities on-site (constructed between 1980 and 2023). Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of new construction, expansion, renovation, or refurbishment projects, such as offices, laboratories, or other spaces
  • Prepare planning documents across all project phases such as: Building and installation plans / Site and as-built plans / Electrical wiring diagrams / Fire safety and escape route plans / Signage and more

Requirements:

  • Near completion of advanced studies in areas such as structural engineering, building technology, architecture, or technical drafting (e.g., HTL)
  • Initial work experience as a Technical Draftsperson or Planner is an advantage
  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Ideally, experience in the field of Facility Management
  • Technical understanding of electrical, HVAC, or IT systems is a plus
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic about the service sector
  • Independent, reliable, and structured work style

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month,on a full-time basis, excluding overtime): €2,700.00 to €3,200.00.
