Business Development Manager for Process Engineering Solutions (f/m/x)  Austria : Graz und Wolfsberg

We combine our outstanding process instrumentation with expertise in plant engineering and production processes. Our customers benefit from compact, skid mounted process systems for productive use in the beverage, food and chemical industries. As Business Development Manager for Process Engineering Solutions (PES), you develop business opportunities, and coordinate and lead sales activities throughout Europe and Asia. The position focuses on Anton Paar's line of integrated process solutions for the beverage industry, like Flex-Blend and Animo. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Discover opportunities, understand needs and create business for the assigned products
  • Develop strategies for the target markets for our process solutions
  • Drive the sales process by leading local team members and representatives
  • Visit global key accounts and international reference customers to introduce Anton Paar’s process engineering solutions
  • Support the creation of the technical project specification 
  • Drive product developments together with product management
  • Participate at international conferences and exhibitions
     

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in engineering, chemistry, or physics
  • Minimum five years’ experience in business development or sales
  • Technical knowledge of beverage-related measurements
  • Strong analytical skills and project management acumen
  • Hands-on, positive, and results-driven, with a high level of energy
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30-40% of working hours)

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,500.00 to €5,000.00.
