Project Manager Laboratory Automation & Robotics (f/m/x)  Austria : Lieboch

Automation & Robotics at Anton Paar focuses on custom solutions for automating laboratory processes and utilizing robotics to enhance efficiency and precision in lab environments. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the best possible implementation of such solutions from the order intake to final acceptance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and coordinate laboratory automation projects from the concept phase to implementation
  • Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones and project objectives are met
  • Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients
  • Lead an interdisciplinary project team to execute the project
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate and select automation technologies and solutions
  • Collaborate with Automation & Robotics departments to integrate automation systems
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and assess project risks, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Prepare regular project reports and presentations, including documentation of all project phases and outcomes
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes and systems, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Completed degree (FH, TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology
  • Several years of experience in leading projects in industrial automation or laboratory automation
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with project management software tools

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €4,300.00 to €5,400.00.
