Expat as Head of Administration (f/m/x) in Shanghai  China : Shanghai

As Head of Administration you serve as the direct link between our subsidiary in Shanghai and the HQ in Graz, Austria. You will be involved in all business processes and actively contribute to our subsidiary's success by developing the sub in all administrative matters.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the business area Administration (Logistics, Finance, IT)
  • Communication interface to the HQ in Graz, Austria
  • Supervision, coordination and management of the Sales Admin/Purchasing/Order Processing/Inventory Management/Finance and HR processes
  • Establishment, implementation and further development of business processes and systems in coordination with the General Manager and the HQ
  • Monitoring of the financial operations, the cash flow situation, A/R cllection and communication about intercompany settlement
  • Preparation of reports and analyses, coordination of annual costs and budget planning
  • Organization of product trainings and health prevention-events
  • Handling of legal matters in cooperation with our legal department and external partners
     

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (or comparable field of studies)
  • Experience in working in an international industrial company
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin skills advantageous
  • Analytical, accurate and result-oriented work approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cross-cultural competence
  • High IT-affinity, ideally (first) SAP-experience (modules MM, SD, FI) 
  • Very good project and process management skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,000.00 to €4,000.00.
