Team Leader Software Development (f/m/x) C#.NET  Austria : Graz

Responsibilities:

•    Active participation in the design and implementation of software components for modern laboratory instruments to create high-quality, maintainable, and clean code
•    Development of desktop software solutions for modern laboratory equipment in an agile process using state-of-the-art technologies such as C#, WPF, Angular, REST, etc.
•    Continuous improvement of your skills in both backend and frontend areas
•    Collaboration using state-of-the-art collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
•    Participation in the entire lifecycle of specific features and product areas, from design to release
•    Integration into an interdisciplinary development team and contribution to the development of high-quality and highly reliable products in sprints
•    Responsibility for conceptualizing software architectures and ensuring software quality through code reviews and automated testing
•    Continuous evaluation of new technologies and ideas for project implementation
•    Mentorship for junior software developers
•    Representation of company and department goals to the team, as well as reporting to department management
•    Planning in the agile development process and adherence to the planned roadmap or milestones
•    Active promotion of communication and collaboration among team members
•    Optimization of processes, workflows, and methods

Requirements:

•    Completed technical education in the field of software/information technology and/or relevant experience with object-oriented languages and frameworks (preferably C#/.NET)
•    Independent handling of work packages and willingness to share knowledge within the team
•    Familiarity with concepts such as SOLID, async, or test-driven development
•    Understanding of ensuring high software quality, as well as code readability, extensibility, maintainability, and testability
•    Proactive communication and willingness to take responsibility

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €5,000.00 to €6,300.00.
